Starter is one pool of up to 25 employees on a single payroll. Growth unlocks up to 100 employees across multiple pools, a dedicated implementation manager, and per-pool reporting. Enterprise covers unlimited employees, SSO, and custom contracts for multi-state rollouts.

Yes. Upgrade at any time and we prorate the setup fee. Downgrade at the start of any month with 14 days' notice — no penalties, no long-term contracts.

Credit card and ACH through Stripe for setup and monthly fees on Starter and Growth. Enterprise customers can be invoiced with ACH/wire on net-30 terms.
